He founded the company in 2010 in California as Green Technology Systems, renamed it Comfort Pros in 2018, expanded into Arizona as Comfort Pros AZ in 2020, and built TrueQuote AI in 2024 so a homeowner can see a Manual J price without an in-home closer. GreenTek is the house equipment line, Daikin-built for AZ and CA.
As the qualifying party on both the Arizona and California licenses, Armen is the named individual who stands behind every Comfort Pros install and every load calculation that goes out the door. He still reviews the math on complex replacements personally - that is the part of the job that never got delegated.
