Licenses, Certifications & Credentials
Every license, certification, insurance line, and warranty term Comfort Pros carries - written so a homeowner, a lender, or a directory audit can read it once and verify it themselves. If anything on this page is out of date, the AZ Registrar of Contractors or the CSLB record is the source of truth.

Warranties that are spelled out before the work starts
Every warranty we issue is on the invoice before we start, not buried in the fine print after. The labor / workmanship warranty below is the standard across every repair and installation we complete.
Labor / workmanship warranty
1-year labor warranty on repairs and installations
Covers the workmanship on every repair and installation we complete. If a covered failure traces back to how the work was done, we come back and fix it at no charge within the warranty term.

Lifetime parts warranty
For as long as you own the equipment
For as long as you own the equipment, on every capacitor, contactor, and fuse we newly install. Components covered: Capacitors, Contactors, Fuses.
Transfers to a new owner only if the equipment is registered to that owner within 30 days of home sale.
Manufacturer warranty on new equipment and parts
5-10 years on equipment, 6-12 years on water heaters
Standard manufacturer warranty passes through to the homeowner on every new part we install. Typical coverage: 5-10 years on HVAC equipment, 6-12 years on water heaters.
We register every new piece of equipment with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Care N'Comfort members add 10% off new equipment, 20% off HVAC and plumbing repairs, and a reduced $39 trip fee on top of these warranties. Details on the Care N'Comfort membership page.
