Summer scheduling is its own problem. Flushing on schedule and adding a softener are the two things that actually change that outcome.

On the newer Agritopia and Higley builds, most equipment is still young enough that a repair is the right answer. We will tell you that plainly rather than quoting a replacement you do not need yet.

March and April are the right window for the $27 Tru Tune-Up. A capacitor reading under spec in April is a fifteen-minute part swap; the same capacitor in July is an emergency call on a 115-degree afternoon with a house already at 90 inside.

Heating season here is short, roughly six weeks of genuine demand, and that is exactly why furnace failures cluster. A unit that sat idle for ten months rarely fails gracefully on its first cold night. A heat check in October costs less than a December emergency.
