The fear with emergency plumbing is usually the invoice rather than the leak, so we settle the number first. ### How do you find a slab leak without breaking concrete? Acoustic and thermal detection. Acoustic equipment listens for the pressurised leak through the slab, and thermal imaging picks up the heat signature on a hot line. We locate first, then quote a spot repair or an overhead reroute against what we actually found. ### Why does my drain keep clogging after it has been snaked? Because snaking punches a hole through a blockage rather than removing it. If the same drain clogs repeatedly, the cause is usually roots, grease or internal scale, and a camera inspection tells us which.
