The walls, attic, and orientation interact with the design temperature differently, and the resulting equipment size changes. TrueQuote AI uses climate-zone-specific inputs so the AZ and CA quote do not share a number. AZ is also where the hard-water tank failures and 110°F-plus summer runtime hit the hardest. Bradford White and Rheem tank water heaters give up here in homes that are barely a decade old. Sediment insulates the burner, the anode rod is consumed early, and efficiency drops long before the tank leaks. The standard answer - flush on schedule, add a softener - is the same answer we give in CA, but the consequences of skipping it show up sooner here. The licensed base is Gilbert, the dispatch line is (480) 435-2334, and the AZ crews run the same diagnostic-first, no-upsell standard as the CA side. Same standards, separate crews, separate phone lines, separate trucks. Why AZ and CA are different [/az-vs-ca/ →](/az-vs-ca/) ## AZ Operation Questions ### Are you licensed in Arizona? Yes. Comfort Pros LLC holds AZ ROC 364742, Specialty Dual CR-39 (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration), including the plumbing connections incidental to HVAC. General plumbing in AZ is performed by team members who hold the R-37 (Residential Plumbing) classification under the same ROC. Verify directly at roc.az.gov/contractor-search. ### What cities in Arizona do you serve? 26 cities across Greater Phoenix - Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Gilbert is the licensed base; East Valley techs dispatch from home across Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Anthem, Sun City, Avondale, El Mirage, Tolleson, Maricopa, Sun Lakes, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley, Laveen, and the Phoenix core. Full list at /service-areas/. ### Is the Gilbert number the only one I call? For Arizona work, yes. The Arizona dispatch team staffs (480) 435-2334 from the Gilbert office. East Valley techs who live in this metro dispatch from home, which is why same-day calls here get filled first. After-hours emergencies go to the same line; Care N'Comfort members get priority dispatch. ### How is the AZ operation staffed differently from CA? Separate crews, separate trucks, separate dispatch. Joe H. leads HVAC service across the East Valley; Victor R. leads plumbing. Both report through the same back-office systems that keep pricing and warranty terms identical between AZ and CA - the parts of the company the homeowner never sees but that determine whether the quote on the phone matches the invoice on the kitchen counter. ![Comfort Pros HVAC technician greeting a homeowner at the front door](/images/hero/candid-wide-photo-of-a-technician-shaking-hands-wi.webp) Same-day appointments available in Maricopa & Pinal Counties ## Same-Day in the East Valley, Next-Day at the Edges Call (480) 435-2334 for the Gilbert dispatch team, or text (818) 489-2826 after hours.
